TECHSPACE JUNE 2017 NEWSLETTER
Hello Summer! The summer solstice, and the longest day of the year, is happening on June 20th! The word “solstice” is from the Latin solstitium, which is from sol, meaning “sun” and stitium, meaning “to stop” because it seems as if the sun stops at the solstice. The solstice marks the beginning of this sunny season.
Whether you are heading to the beach, a rooftop happy hour in the city, or simply dining Al fresco with some of your closest friends, TechSpace wishes you a happy start of a summer celebration! Head outside to soak up all of the extra hours of sun this season has to offer. Cheers!

BUSINESS TIP OF THE MONTH
A mentor can greatly increase your chances of building a startup that works. This is someone who has done what you are trying to do before – they’ve made mistakes and found out the shortest route to success. The most important part of finding a mentor is finding the right person to guide you through murky waters. Those who are willing to help out selflessly or as a friend are best; be wary of those offering advice who are also providing services to your startup. Sometimes there are ulterior motives that do not involve the success of your business, but rather the success of theirs.
