Friends, family, coworkers and even strangers can always use a little more compassion and acceptance; so this month, try being more mindful when it comes to love. And lastly, since life is too short to work at a job you don’t thoroughly enjoy, check out our blog on job love to foster love and happiness in your workplace!

BUSINESS TIP OF THE MONTH
We want to involve our friends in everything we do and lean on them when we need support – no wonder nearly 40 percent of founding teams were friends prior to starting their business! However, a recent study shows that the least stable founding teams were those who were involved in personal friendships before. This study also discovered that the most stable teams were past coworkers and those who have collaborated in the past. So, unless you’ve tested and built your professional relationship by working together on business ventures and projects, you should try sticking to the old saying “don’t mix business with pleasure”.
