TechSpace is upgrading to Cisco's Unified Communications Manager 8, an enterprise-class telephony call processing system that provides companies the highest quality communication experience available.  Unified Communications Manager delivers intuitive, easy to use, voice applications with advanced features, performance, and robust security traditionally found on systems designed for large enterprises.
 

In addition to the voice system, the upgrade also significantly improves the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure in order to support next-generation, enhanced IP services, as well as increases the capacity and performance of our existing campus networks.  Additionally, TechSpace is deploying a company-wide Network Management System to provide additional levels of security and performance to the campus and data center environments.
