Avison Young

I opened the first office of Avison Young in August of 2011.  While being a seasoned 30+ year organization founded in Canada our roots in the United States are relatively new and our presence in Los Angeles didn’t exist before I made the commitment to open our doors.  And the doors that I decided to open were the ones located on the 17^th floor of 1100 Glendon Avenue in Westwood, the floor that TechSpace has in West Los Angeles.  And fortunately I made the right decision.  As a commercial real estate broker that specializes in the representation of office tenants I know just how important office space can be.  Your office space sends a message to your employees and to your visitors as to who you are and how your firm is perceived.  I have been the beneficiary of an amazing environment these past five months and couldn’t be more pleased that I selected TechSpace to be our initial landing for Avison Young in Los Angeles.

Here’s why…the staff is amazing always quick to greet me and my employees and our visitors with a smile and a willingness to help us in any way possible with our needs…whether it be booking conference rooms or greeting our guests.  TechSpace is kept immaculately clean and the kitchen area in particular is a congregation point just as if you were in your own home.  The suite itself is amazing…totally cutting edge and fun to work in.  The common areas are unsurpassed and tend to foster an element of camaraderie with other businesses that are on the floor.  And lastly, although I could go on, the technical infrastructure is perfect with tremendous flexibility with the telephony and high speed connectivity for our computer needs.  In other words…TechSpace has been perfect in many ways.
